Building a Better Future for Indian Agriculture
Kisani is an integrated agricultural ecosystem that connects farmers, technology, and industry to create sustainable livelihoods, reliable feedstock supply, and measurable environmental impact. Every initiative we undertake is designed to strengthen rural communities while accelerating India's clean energy transition.

Kisani Urjaa was founded with a simple belief: India’s clean-energy transition must begin at the farm.
We are building an integrated agricultural ecosystem that connects farmers, agricultural resources, technology, and clean-energy projects to create value for rural communities, industry, and the environment.
We aggregate agricultural residues such as paddy straw, maize residue, and cane trash to create a reliable, quality-assured feedstock supply for Bio-CNG plants while reducing crop residue burning.
Our work extends to farm advisory, sustainable and organic farming, energy crops, organic manure, and technology-enabled services that improve farm productivity and resource efficiency.
Our Kisani Didis are trained local women who connect farmers with agricultural services, awareness programmes, and on-ground support—creating livelihood opportunities while strengthening rural communities.
At Kisani Urjaa, we are not merely collecting biomass — we are creating value from farms, strengthening rural livelihoods and powering a cleaner future.
Our Guiding Principles

To empower farmers through integrated agricultural solutions while creating measurable environmental and economic impact.
To build India's most trusted agricultural ecosystem that enables sustainable farming, reliable biomass supply, and rural prosperity.
